Template T-01.1: Time audit worksheet
From AI for Real Estate Agents (2026 Edition). Facts in, draft out, licensee signs.

Fill this in by hand after the interview in WC-01.1. Your own estimates go in the columns, not the assistant's. Multiply across for each row, then add the column for the baseline. This page is also Figure 1.3, and Chapter 15 asks you to fill in a second copy on day thirty.

Week of: ____________________ Name: ____________________

Task (one line, no client names) | Times per week x minutes each | Weekly total | Triage (A / D / K)

3. | ___ x ___ | |
4. | ___ x ___ | |
5. | ___ x ___ | |
6. | ___ x ___ | |
7. | ___ x ___ | |
8. | ___ x ___ | |
9. | ___ x ___ | |
10. | ___ x ___ | |

Baseline minutes per week (sum of the Weekly total column): ____________

Tasks that did not make the top ten: ______________________________________________

Triage key: A = Automate (same every time, inputs come from a system, a wrong output is cheap to catch). D = Draft with AI (needs your facts and your voice, varies each time, goes out under your name). K = Keep human (money, emotion, legal judgment, or a relationship you will not risk). See T-01.2 for the placement grid.

Notes on the week (anything unusual that would skew the numbers):

Template T-15.2: Time log, before and after
From AI for Real Estate Agents (2026 Edition). Facts in, draft out, licensee signs.

Fill this in by hand on day 30, then again at the end of every quarter. The baseline column is copied from your Chapter 1 worksheet (T-01.1); do not re-estimate it from memory. The day-30 column is a fresh count for the same ten tasks, and every figure includes the time you spend checking the output (fact list, scrub, character count). This page is also Figure 15.2. Run WC-15.1 on it when it is complete.

Setup, counted once (not in the weekly total). Hours spent in Week 1 on the voice file, standing instructions, policy, and worksheets: ______ hours

Payback, estimate. Setup hours x 60, divided by weekly minutes saved = ______ weeks

What changed, by task. One line for each task that moved, naming the workflow card or automation that did it. One line for each task that did not move, saying whether that was a choice (keep human) or a gap (brief needs work).

Compliance catches this month, by task. Scrub flags I agreed with, dates the verification table caught, automation outputs I pulled back. A count, not a description.

Rules for an honest log: count the checking as part of the task; count setup once, on its own line; write the same number for tasks that did not move; do not round in your own favor. This number is yours. It is not a promise to anyone else and it does not belong in a social post.
