Prompt P-02.1: "Ask me five questions before you write"
From AI for Real Estate Agents (2026 Edition). Facts in, draft out, licensee signs.

Paste this at the end of any brief, after the Format section, the first time you run it. Answer the questions one at a time. Then paste the answers into the Facts or Rules section and run the brief. The questions find the holes in your brief before they become invented sentences in the draft.

------------------------------------------------------------
Before you write anything, ask me five questions whose answers would most improve the output. Ask about facts you would otherwise have to guess, about who the reader is and what they already know, about what should lead and what should be left out, and about length and format if I have not been exact. Ask one question at a time and wait for my answer. Do not write the output until I say "go." If I answer "I do not know," record that and do not fill the gap yourself.
------------------------------------------------------------

If the assistant asks fewer than five, or asks only about tone, your brief is thin in the Facts section. Add facts and run it again.
