Prompt P-02.2: Iteration prompts
From AI for Real Estate Agents (2026 Edition). Facts in, draft out, licensee signs.

Use these on a draft that is close but not right. Each one tells the assistant what to aim at. "Try again" does not. Paste one at a time, in the same conversation as the draft.

Shorter

------------------------------------------------------------
Cut this to [N] words. Keep the sentence about [the one feature that must stay]. Cut from the end first, then cut adjectives, then cut sentences that repeat an earlier one. Do not add anything.
------------------------------------------------------------

Less salesy

------------------------------------------------------------
Remove every adjective that does not carry a fact. Remove every exclamation point. Remove "perfect," "stunning," "must-see," "oasis," "gem," "rare," and "opportunity." Replace each removed word with a specific from the facts I gave you, or with nothing. Do not add new claims.
------------------------------------------------------------

More specific

------------------------------------------------------------
Replace every general phrase with the specific fact behind it from my inputs. "Updated kitchen" becomes what was updated. "Large lot" becomes the lot size per public record. If no fact in my inputs supports a phrase, delete the phrase and tell me what you deleted.
------------------------------------------------------------

Three versions

------------------------------------------------------------
Give me three versions of this, labeled A, B, and C. A is the shortest you can make it without losing a fact. B leads with [feature or point]. C is the plainest, no adjectives at all. Same facts in all three. After the three, list every fact you used and which input it came from.
------------------------------------------------------------

In my voice

------------------------------------------------------------
Rewrite this in the voice of the samples I gave you. Match their sentence length, their word choices, and what they do not do (no exclamation points, no questions to the reader). Do not change any fact.
------------------------------------------------------------

After any of these, read the fact list. An iteration prompt can drop a qualifier ("per seller") as easily as it drops an adjective.
