Template T-02.1: Six-part brief, fill in the blank
From AI for Real Estate Agents (2026 Edition). Facts in, draft out, licensee signs.

Copy this page for every new task until the structure is in your hands. Fill every line. A blank line is a guess the assistant will make for you.

Task name: [what this brief produces, for example "Buyer tour follow-up email"]

1. Role. Who the assistant is for this task, and what it may not do. You are helping a licensed residential real estate agent [do what]. You use only facts I give you. If you need a fact I have not given, ask instead of guessing. [Anything else it must not do: "Do not give pricing opinions." "Do not add anything from general knowledge about the neighborhood."]

2. Facts. Everything it is allowed to know, pasted in, with qualifiers kept and sensitive values replaced by placeholders (T-04.4). [paste feature list / notes / questionnaire / public record / transcript] Uncertain items, labeled: [fact], per [source], [verified / not verified]

3. Audience. Who reads the output and what they already know. [who], who [what they know, what they have seen, what they are worried about]

4. Voice. How you sound. [paste voice file, or three samples of your own writing, or one sentence: "Plain, specific, warm. Short sentences. No exclamation points."]

5. Rules. What it must never do and what it must always include.

- Use only facts I give you; ask instead of guessing.
- No language about who should live here or who the neighbors are. No references to schools, places of worship, safety, or demographics.
- No claims about views, condition, or square footage beyond the facts. Square footage only as "per public record."
- No superlatives I cannot prove.
- Keep every qualifier I gave you ("per seller," "not verified") in the output.
- [Limit: character count, word count, number of paragraphs]
- [First-contact material only: Include this line exactly: "[license disclosure line]"]
- [Your brokerage's rules, banned phrases, house style]

6. Format. Exactly what comes back. [number of outputs, each labeled] [length of each] [structure: paragraphs, bullets, headline] [number of versions, and how they differ] After the output, list every fact you used and which input it came from.

Before you run it:

[ ] Every "never paste" item stripped from Facts
[ ] Every uncertain fact labeled in Facts
[ ] Audience names a person, not "everyone"
[ ] Format ends with the fact-list sentence

After you run it:

[ ] Fact list read; anything not in Facts cut
[ ] Self-check pass (WC-02.2) run in a fresh conversation
[ ] Brief saved with Facts removed, named per T-02.2
