Prompt P-03.1: "Describe my writing style in rules you can follow"
From AI for Real Estate Agents (2026 Edition). Facts in, draft out, licensee signs.

The short version of WC-03.1, for when you have three or four samples on hand and want a first draft of a voice file in five minutes. Strip client names, addresses, and prices before pasting. Edit the result; it is a starting point, not a signature.

------------------------------------------------------------
Here are [N] pieces of my own writing, with client details removed: [paste samples, each labeled with its audience]. Describe my writing style as a numbered list of rules that an assistant could follow when drafting for me. Each rule must be something a writer could break on purpose; "warm" and "professional" are not rules. Cover sentence length, how I open and close, the order I put facts and next steps in, words I favor, words I avoid, punctuation habits, and how I change tone by audience. Point to the sample each rule comes from. Mark any rule you saw in only one sample as "seen once." Do not add preferences I did not show, and do not describe my clients or any area. Finish with the three habits you think I would want to drop.
------------------------------------------------------------

Then: cross out the rules you disagree with, add the ones it missed, and save the list as "Voice file v1" with the date. Run the full card (WC-03.1) when you have ten samples.
