Prompt P-05.2: "Find every claim I cannot prove"
From AI for Real Estate Agents (2026 Edition). Facts in, draft out, licensee signs.

Use this on the feature list from WC-05.1 before writing any copy, and again on any finished listing description, yours or the assistant's. It turns the assistant into a skeptical buyer's agent. Read its flags; do not accept its verdicts without checking.

------------------------------------------------------------
Here is a feature list (or listing description) for a property I am about to market: [paste the list or description]. Here are the source documents I have: [list them, for example: walkthrough transcript, seller questionnaire, assessor printout, permit history, contractor invoice for roof]. Act as a careful buyer's agent, an inspector, and an appraiser reading this for the first time. For every claim, tell me: (1) whether one of my listed documents would prove it, and which one; (2) if none would, what document or check would; (3) whether the wording is stronger than the evidence (for example, "remodeled" when only cabinets were replaced, "new" without a year, "view" without saying from where, square footage from anywhere other than public record). Flag any sentence that describes a kind of person, a school, a church, safety, or who lives nearby; I will remove it. Do not rewrite anything. Do not add facts. Return a numbered list of flags, each with the claim quoted, the problem, and what would settle it. End with the single claim you think is most likely to be challenged.
------------------------------------------------------------

Then: resolve every flag with a document, a phone call, or a cut. A flag you cannot resolve is a line you do not publish.
