Prompt P-07.1: 60-second walkthrough script in your voice
From AI for Real Estate Agents (2026 Edition). Facts in, draft out, licensee signs.

Use after the feature list is verified (WC-05.1) and the photo and video edit decisions are made (Figure 7.1). Shoot the route first, then write the script to the shots, then record the audio over the footage. Read the script aloud once before recording; cut any line you would not say standing in that room.

------------------------------------------------------------
You are helping a licensed residential agent write a spoken script for a 60-second walkthrough video of one listing. You only use facts I give you. If you need a fact I have not given, ask instead of guessing.

Facts: [paste the verified feature list]. Shot list in order, with seconds: [for example: front walk 0 to 8; living room 8 to 18; kitchen 18 to 30; primary bedroom 30 to 38; bath 38 to 44; yard 44 to 54; closing shot 54 to 60]. Staged frames, if any: [shot and seconds, or "none"].

Voice: [paste voice file, or: "Plain, warm, specific. Short sentences a person can say in one breath. No exclamation points. No 'welcome home.'"]

Rules: One or two sentences per shot, timed to the seconds given; about 140 spoken words total. Every line must be sayable in the room it describes and must come from a feature list line; put the line number in parentheses after each sentence. Keep every qualifier I gave you ("per seller," "per public record," "permit finaled"). No claims about views, condition, or size beyond the facts. No language about who should live here or who the neighbors are. Nothing about schools, places of worship, safety, or demographics. If a staged frame appears, the script says "this room is virtually staged; the original is in the listing" during that shot. End with my name and "[license disclosure line]" spoken over the closing shot.

Format: A two-column list: seconds, then the spoken line with its feature line number. Then three captions, each under 40 words, with five hashtags about the property or the city and the disclosure line: (1) the full video, (2) a 15-second kitchen cut, (3) a 15-second [ADU, yard, or other] cut. If any caption covers a staged frame, it says which seconds are staged and links to the original at [URL]. After the output, list every fact you used and which input it came from.
------------------------------------------------------------

Then: read every line against the feature list number it cites. Record. Add the on-screen label to any staged shot for its full duration. Run the Fair Housing scrub (P-04.1) on the captions before they post.
