Workflow card WC-07.1: 14-day launch calendar generator
From AI for Real Estate Agents (2026 Edition). Facts in, draft out, licensee signs.

Time: estimate: about 15 minutes

Trigger. You have a go-live date, a verified feature list, and captioned photos, and you need a day-by-day plan for the first two weeks: what posts, where, and who approves it.

Inputs.

- MLS go-live date (the day the listing is live and searchable, not the day you sign)
- Verified feature list from WC-05.1, with sources on every line
- Open house date and hours, if set
- Your channels, listed by name (for example: MLS, portal, email to sphere, one or two social platforms, postcard)
- Altered-image captions from WC-07.4, so staged images are already labeled
- Your license disclosure line, exactly as your state and broker require
- Your voice file and standing instructions (Chapter 3)

Brief. (paste everything between the lines)

------------------------------------------------------------
Role: You are helping a licensed residential agent plan the first fourteen days of marketing for one listing. You only use facts I give you. If you need a fact I have not given, ask instead of guessing.
Facts: [paste the verified feature list] Go-live date: [date]. Open house: [date and hours, or "not set"]. Channels: [list]. Altered images and their captions: [paste from WC-07.4, or "none"].
Audience: Buyers and buyer's agents searching in [city or neighborhood] in the [price band], plus my own sphere, who have seen me post about listings before and will scroll past an ad.
Voice: [paste voice file, or: "Plain, specific, warm. Short sentences. No exclamation points. Sounds like a person who has stood in the kitchen."]
Rules: Use only facts I give you; ask instead of guessing. Every content item must reference one line of the feature list by number, or be the open house, a recap, or a disclosure step. No item about the neighborhood, schools, places of worship, safety, demographics, or who lives nearby. No language about who should live here or who the neighbors are. Day 1 is the MLS going live with all image labels and originals in place, and nothing else posts on Day 1. The open house gets its own day and a recap the next day. Leave two days in the second week blank, marked "reserve." Every item that shows a staged image names the caption that goes with it. Every item gets an approver column; default approver is me. Include "[license disclosure line]" on every item that is first-contact material (anything public).
Format: A table with four columns: Day (with date), Content (one line, the feature list number in parentheses), Channel, Approver. Fourteen rows plus the two reserve rows. After the table, a short list titled "Drafts needed" naming each post the table calls for, so I can run them in a later session. After the output, list every fact you used and which input it came from.
------------------------------------------------------------

Check.

- Read the fact list at the end. Any content item that references a feature not on your list gets cut.
- Confirm Day 1 is MLS only and every altered image has its caption named on the day it first appears.
- Scan every row for neighborhood, school, worship, safety, or people language. Delete the row, do not soften it.
- Confirm the open house and recap rows are on consecutive days, and the approver column is filled on every row.

Ship. Copy the table into T-07.1 and save it in the listing's folder. Put each row on your calendar with the approver as the reminder. Save the brief, with the facts removed, to your brief library as "Launch calendar, 14 days, v1."

Compliance check. Ch. 4.1 (Fair Housing), 4.2 (MLS rules and altered images), 4.3 (license disclosure on first-contact material). The calendar is a plan, not a post; each item still gets its own scrub (P-04.1) when it is drafted.
