Prompt P-08.1: Neutral neighborhood resource list (no steering)
From AI for Real Estate Agents (2026 Edition). Facts in, draft out, licensee signs.

Run this once, check every link yourself, and print the result for every consultation packet (T-08.1, Part F). The list is the same for every buyer and every area. It names where public information lives. It never says what the information shows. If the assistant adds a rating, a ranking, or an adjective, cut it; if it adds a site that scores or summarizes, cut that too.

------------------------------------------------------------
I am a licensed real estate agent in [state]. Buyers ask me about schools, crime, and who lives in a neighborhood. Fair housing rules mean I do not characterize neighborhoods or answer those questions with my opinion. Instead I give every buyer the same list of primary sources so they can look for themselves.

Build that list for [state] and [county]. Rules: (1) Primary sources only: government agencies, school districts, the state education department, police departments, the state's official open data portal, and the U.S. Census Bureau. No rating sites, no review sites, no news articles, no sites that assign scores, grades, or rankings to places or schools. (2) For each source, give the name of the agency and a one-line description of what the source contains, stated as a description of the data, with no adjectives and no interpretation. (3) Do not describe any neighborhood, school, or area in any way. (4) Do not include any statistic, ranking, or comparison. (5) If you are not certain a source exists or is official, say "verify" next to it rather than inventing a page. (6) Do not include URLs; I will find and check the official pages myself.

Format: four short groups, "Schools," "Public safety statistics," "Population and housing data," and "Other public records (permits, zoning, flood and hazard maps)," each with two to five sources, one line each. At the top, one plain sentence in the agent's voice explaining that these are sources, not recommendations, and that the agent does not characterize neighborhoods. Under 250 words total. After the output, list any item you were not certain about.
------------------------------------------------------------

Then: open each official page yourself, write the link in by hand, and read your own one-line descriptions once more for adjectives. "Comprehensive," "detailed," and "helpful" are adjectives. Cut them.
