Prompt P-09.1: Reactivation message with a real reason to reach out
From AI for Real Estate Agents (2026 Edition). Facts in, draft out, licensee signs.

Use this for one contact at a time when you have a specific reason to get back in touch. For twenty at once, use WC-09.3. The reason is the message; if you do not have one, do not send one.

------------------------------------------------------------
I am a licensed residential agent reconnecting with a past contact. Use only the facts below. Do not invent anything about the market, the property, or the person.

Contact: [first name]. Last time we spoke: [month and year]. What they wanted then: [buying or selling, property type, area, anything specific they said]. My notes, with the date I wrote each: [paste notes].

Today's date: [date].

The reason I am reaching out now (use exactly this, do not add others): [one of: a sale near their property and what it closed for, from my MLS / a change in what their price range buys / a listing that matches what they described / something from my notes with a date, such as a plan they mentioned].

Write one [text under 320 characters / email under 100 words with a subject line under 6 words]. Mention the reason in the first two sentences. One question at the end. Plain, warm, specific, no apology longer than a short clause, no pressure language. Nothing about who lives nearby, schools, safety, churches, or demographics. If any note is more than a year old and time-sensitive, do not use it; tell me instead. [For a text: end with "Reply STOP to opt out."] [For an email: end with "[license disclosure line]".]

After the message, list each fact you used and where it came from.
------------------------------------------------------------

Then: read it against your notes and the dates. If the reason reads thin when you see it written, do not send. Log the send and the reason in the CRM. Text only if written consent is on file (T-09.2).
