Workflow card WC-10.2: Repurpose one idea into five formats
From AI for Real Estate Agents (2026 Edition). Facts in, draft out, licensee signs.

Time: estimate: about 20 minutes

Trigger. You have a checked market update (WC-10.1) and need the same facts as a newsletter section, a social post, a short video script, an email to past clients, and a text.

Inputs.

- The checked market update from WC-10.1, with every number filled by you
- One local item unrelated to real estate (an event, a road project, a park opening) with its source
- Your voice file and standing instructions (Chapter 3)
- Your license disclosure line, exactly as your state and broker require
- Your social platform's caption length limit, if any (look it up; write it in the brief)

Brief. (paste everything between the lines)

------------------------------------------------------------
Role: You are helping a licensed residential agent turn one market update into five pieces of content. You only use facts I give you. If you need a fact I have not given, ask instead of guessing.
Facts: [paste the checked market update] [paste the local item and its source]
Audience: (1) Newsletter: past clients who opened on purpose. (2) Social: people scrolling past. (3) Video: viewers who will watch 45 seconds at most. (4) Email: past clients in [neighborhood] who already trust me. (5) Text: contacts who gave me their number and agreed to texts.
Voice: [paste voice file, or: "Plain, specific, calm. Short sentences. No exclamation points."]
Rules: Use only facts I give you; ask instead of guessing. Every number must match the market update exactly, in all five pieces; do not round, convert, or restate a figure in different units. No language about who should live here or who the neighbors are. No references to schools, churches, safety, or demographics. No hashtags that describe a kind of person. No urgency language. The video script says where the numbers came from, out loud. Include this line exactly where marked: "[license disclosure line]".
Format: Five labeled outputs. (1) Newsletter section: three paragraphs, 150 to 200 words total; numbers, meaning, local item; disclosure line in a signature block at the end. (2) Social post: under 60 words plus up to five hashtags about the city or the market; disclosure line in the caption. (3) Video script: 45 seconds spoken, about 110 words, opening with my name and brokerage, naming the report as the source; disclosure line as the final spoken line. (4) Email: under 120 words, subject line under 7 words, mentions [neighborhood], asks for nothing; disclosure line in the signature. (5) Text: two sentences under 40 words, the key number and an offer to run theirs; my name, brokerage, and license number at the end. After the output, list every fact you used and which input it came from.
------------------------------------------------------------

Check.

- Put the five pieces side by side and check that every number is identical across them.
- Confirm the disclosure line appears in all five where the brief placed it, and is exact.
- Run the Fair Housing scrub (P-04.1) on all five; read the hashtags yourself.
- Read the video script out loud with a timer. Cut to 45 seconds.
- Confirm the text goes only to contacts who consented to texts (Chapter 4.6).

Ship. Newsletter tool, social scheduler, phone notes for the video, email tool, texting tool. Save the brief, with the facts removed, to your brief library as "One idea, five formats, v1."

Compliance check. Ch. 4.1 (Fair Housing: captions and hashtags), 4.3 (disclosure placement per platform), 4.6 (calls, texts, and bots: text consent). Same numbers in all five pieces; one scrub pass covers all of them.
