Prompt P-11.1: Vendor coordination message
From AI for Real Estate Agents (2026 Edition). Facts in, draft out, licensee signs.

For inspectors, lenders, escrow, title, pest companies, and repair trades. Short, specific, dated. The file identifier goes in the subject line so it survives a preview pane. Nothing from the "never paste" list (Chapter 4.5).

------------------------------------------------------------
Draft a short message to a vendor on an escrow. Use only the facts below; do not add context, pleasantries beyond one line, or anything about the client. Vendor: [name and role, for example "appraisal scheduler at the lender"]. File: [street name and escrow number]. What I need: [one specific item]. By when: [date, and the time if it matters]. Why that date: [the contingency or event it feeds, for example "appraisal contingency expires Friday the 16th"]. What I will do on my end: [access, documents, payment, or "nothing"]. Format: subject line that starts with the street name and escrow number, then a body of at most four sentences, then my name and phone. No exclamation points. Do not mention financing terms, deposit amounts, account numbers, codes, or anything about either party's circumstances. After the message, list every fact you used.
------------------------------------------------------------

Then: read it once, confirm the date matches your verified table, and send it from your own email. If the vendor replies with a question, answer it yourself; do not paste their reply back into the assistant if it contains anything from the "never paste" list.
